You know, it's weird I never see it, even if it's been in promotional material and on the court, but the Claw logo of the Raptors seems to be omitted in these types of videos. I don't know if it was an alternate logo at the time or what, but to me it's probably the best of the 3 major designs so far. Effective yet not oversimplified.

St Louis’s logo/crest comes from the joining of the Gateway Arch with the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers.

Always thought Cubs was a strange choice. A team with a history of young players makes sense.

Fun fact : Believe it or not, Quebec won the stanley cup 2 times... in 1912 and 1913 when they were named the Quebec Bulldogs. :)

The Phillies became the Phils for one year (1942) then tried to adopt the name Blue Jays (1944, 1945) and even had a blue jay on their new blue-lined unis’ sleeve (but still had Phillies on the front) before saying nah, forget it.

I know this video is several years old at this point and came out right before the announcement by Cleveland, but it would be awesome if you added to Cleveland's history by updating it to the Guardians, where they stand now and maybe explain where that comes from as well. Sidenote, I did NOT know they originated from my hometown. As a Detroit Tigers fan, I may have a secondary favorite team now... (Which is kind of troublesome if you know those two teams are both in the AL Central lol)

I don’t see what’s wrong with the name “Blackhawk.” It’s not racist or controversial like “Redskins” or inaccurate like “Indians.” Its based on a real person. The only ones who would get offended by this is woke virtue signaling white liberals who thrive off of being offended for minorities that they look down upon anyway.

This is good for introducing history to hundreds of thousands, particularly the Red Scare and the racism against Native Americans.

7:50 The team that keeps the history is the expansion team, they loose all they're players and everything. So they have to restart as an expansion team. I think you explained it in reverse. Essentially the team is stolen and has to start from scratch.
